On my most recent visit, my stylist was argumentative, but the other stylist actually did lower the volume - until my stylist went to check in a customer and they raised the volume back up! The music is just too loud there, ladies. Add in the blow dryers going and it's too much. It's ok to lower the volume for a customer. Don't get so butt hurt over it.

Then Lynn did an amazing job, taking the time to check to see how I felt about my trim. If she wasn't working I would walk out and come back another day. I followed her to the Maple Grove location until she came back full time. I was ready to give up on Great Clips, but she kept me coming back!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
