I checked in online in advance and arrived half an hour before closing (they close at 8 PM). There were only two people ahead of me, but the stylist refused to take me in. When you check in, you provide your phone number, so if they can’t take customers, they should at least call and inform instead of letting people come all the way there just to be turned away. That’s basic courtesy. If they don’t plan to accept check-ins near closing time, they should disable the online check-in option at least an hour before closing. To make it worse, the person there was extremely rude — he told me, “Go complain to our management office in Florida,” as if he couldn’t care less. Totally unprofessional attitude and a complete lack of respect for customers. They clearly don’t value customers’ time or satisfaction. Very bad service — I strongly do not recommend this location.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
