I was actually glad at first because she seemed confident and professional. Since she’s the expert, I didn’t want to interrupt or question her process. I guess that was my mistake — I was too reserved to speak up or ask for more attention to detail. The whole thing felt rushed, and I noticed she didn’t level the hair properly before doing the layers, which is usually an important step. I was already disappointed halfway through, but I couldn’t bring myself to say anything. When I got home and looked closely, my hair wasn’t even leveled, and even my old layers were ruined. I honestly wouldn’t recommend going there. My first visit was great, which is why I went back — but after this experience, I’m never going there again.

I brought a valid $9.98 Great Clips coupon, not realizing at the time that it was tied to a different location (the print was small and easy to miss). When I presented the coupon to the front desk before my haircut, the staff accepted it without mentioning any issue or informing me it wasn't valid there. They simply took it and confirmed all was fine. However, after the haircut was done, I was surprised to be charged nearly $16 — with only a $10 discount applied. I wasn’t told about this change until after I noticed the price discrepancy on my receipt and returned to ask. More importantly, once I got home and washed my hair, I saw that the haircut was poorly done — uneven, choppy, and clearly not what I had asked for. I had specifically mentioned that I didn’t want any layering or unevenness, yet that’s exactly what I got. I contacted the manager, expecting at least an apology or a professional response. Instead, the reply was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of responsibility. There was no acknowledgment of the poor service, and no real effort to make things right. I've had great experiences with other Great Clips locations, so this one really stood out in the worst way. I hope the company reviews how this location handles customer service and communication — both during and after the visit.
