Not one thing about this cut is what he asked for. I’m calling today for a refund. He won’t be going there to him again. This guy was gone for a month th or two and why is he back? He needs to go. He’s terrible at hair.

She understood the assignment and gave me a cute layered bob. Exactly how I wanted. In all honesty, I had paid big money at a very nice salon previously and feel that GC's cut was just as nice.

Which was fine but when I got there I simply asked “ is Courtney here “ they replied that she would be in, in 30 mins.. I said “ oh okay “ didn’t think anything of it , I asked because I would have liked to get my hair cut by here but it’s not like it mattered if someone els did… Well I went outside to walk the side walk and wait until it was my time, when I came back in my name was off the screen (it wasn’t even 35 mins yet ) and I asked why my name was off and this woman screamed at me ( a older lady ) : “ I told you Courtney’s not here “… I said well I didn’t ask to have her specially cut my hair I just asked if she was here, anyways they said now I would have to reschedule… There was a skinny young woman and a old lady both very disrespectful and I know that it was due to my tattoos … Do not visit if you are not a Noblesville type of person…

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
