I showed her exactly what I wanted, and she did the hair cut perfectly

I went in and asked for the most experienced person, was assured I had them. They don't even know what face framing bangs are now I have bangs like a 5 year old. Very disappointed especially after I explained exactly what I wanted and how hard my hair is to cut. Stylist was nice but obviously not experienced enough. Sadly I would of used this location for all my haircut needs but nah this is likely the worst haircut I've ever had. Will avoid this place like the plague.

I literally came in to get the ends of my hair cut because I haven't been to a salon or anything in years, mind you I'm almost 18 and just now figuring out how to take care of A2-A3 type curly hair; Amber took 10 minutes or less to cut my hair, spritzed it with a spray bottle twice and that was it. It was like a speed run to get us out of there. I wanted to ask about products to use for my hair so I don't keep damaging it, and obviously I'm asking because I don't know. The response? "Anything with moisturizer". Okay so does that mean mousse or cream, conditioner or shampoo? I was gonna buy product from there but given the response and short time for the cut I will get it elsewhere. I do not want to go back there at this point I would rather risk cutting my own hair with the possibility of it being cut crooked. This is why I don't trust hair people. My great grandma got her hair cut by the same person and the cut looks okay but there's remnants of hair all over her even in her ears, and the front still needs more cut off. Bad experience and now I trust hairdressers less than I already did. EDIT: I forgot to mention that she didn't even make sure my part was straight so my hair would be even on both sides. Mind you I didn't get up till almost 11 this morning and did not give two craps about making sure it was straight because I don't care that much if I'm not braiding it or something. My part was straight until the middle where it went diagonally to the left. She only combed through my hair. So now that my part is straight and my hair has been washed, air dried, and curled on its own. There are multiple spots where there are different lengths. Including a chunk towards the middle that looks like its missing. What the hell guys.
