  10/10! Super helpful, kind and patient! They were not pushy or pressuring us to make a decision at all, unlike other places in town. We will continue to only use Grayson for our jewelry needs in town! 😊

  I love Grayson’s! I purchased my wedding band here years ago. I recently went back here to get my husband’s wedding band re-sized. They were very accommodating. I didn’t even purchase the band from them and they were okay with re-sizing it. Then I went back before they sent it in because the original place I got it from would re-size it for free. Long story short, they were very kind about it and gave me a refund. I think that says a lot. I will be back if I ever need my jewelry resized and when i decide to upgrade my current wedding ring. I like this place because they aren’t too fancy like some of the other jewelry places in town. They are cute and simple and I like that. They don’t try to show off with big fancy decorations like other stores I have been in.
