  Called this firm due to their decent rating and locale. Whoever answered their phone at 1130 am on July 31st was EXTREMELY RUDE.. Don't call this firm, according to the female staff person who answered the call, they are not taking on new cases. I wouldn't hire them to pee on me if I was on.. you only have one shot to make a good impression, and that female employee just blew it.

  I contacted Grey & Palmer to handle a real estate matter. I was treated promptly and professionally and feel I was charged appropriate fees, probably industry standard. I had questions along the way that were always answered quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services again.

  Mr. Palmer left me hanging in my darkest hour, tried to charge a bankrupt man twice for the same job, held progress hostage of which was never completed, gave his bare minimum of effort and when I confronted him, his reaction was “I quit”. (0) stars would have been more appropriate, but it was not an option.
