  Our family can’t say enough great things about this gym. Jacob, the owner, is fantastic — friendly, professional, and truly passionate about what he does. Our boys attend the Monday and Wednesday evening wrestling classes, and they’ve learned so much while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and perfect for kids of all experience levels. We even hosted our five-year-old’s birthday party in the wrestling room recently, and it was a huge hit! The space was clean, safe, and the kids had an amazing time. Having a full kitchen available for the party made everything so convenient. If you’re looking for a top-notch wrestling gym in Nixa with a great community and a great coach, Grappling Concepts is the place to be!

  Great environment and great people with a lot of classes including wrestling, jiu jitsu, boxing, kickboxing and open mat!

  This place is the best. Our son has gained so much confidence and also learned how to defend himself. Grappling concepts teaches life lessons. And they do it the right way. Love this place. Highly recommend

  I had the opportunity to check out two classes at Grappling Concepts Nixa: Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing. I am brand new to both and was invited by a friend to try out a class for free. As a 40+ mom wanting to shake off this winter-hibernation, I felt a little intimidated, but the coach was welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I can barely move today from the intensity of the workout (did I mention I've been in hibernation mode?), but I'm already looking forward to going back.
