  NIGHTMARE. Customer service and Communication were awful! Summer and her husband are very rude. Her husband actually called and cussed me out the day of install because I called and left a message to make sure they were coming that day as it was rescheduled multiple times already. I didn't live there and needed to plan accordingly. Very unprofessional! The work itself was subpar at best. Pieced my granite together instead of a solid piece. Didn't cover my cabinets in one area. Left me a 4" overhang on one side when I specifically told the guy measuring I wanted a standard overhang. Person measuring didn't know what they were doing. Good prices though! Very limited selection as well. If you want cheap, you get what you pay for.

  Great people to work with. We had a rush job for one of our customers and they came through beyond our expectations. The customer love the final product.

  I was remodeling a small bathroom and needed a vanity counter top. What I wanted wasn't matching the amount I had budgeted until I called Granite By Design and spoke with Summer. I described what I was looking for and she told me what she had. I ended up getting the most beautiful Cambria Brittanica counter top for no more than I might have spent on any type of generic counter. She came out and measured on a Friday. The guys came out and installed it that following Monday. The installers did a great job and it was obvious they wanted me to be happy with the results, and I am! It's beautiful!
