  Our project was to replace carpet in our living room with hardwood. Jim, the owner, found hardwood flooring that would complement existing hardwood on the same level of the house (a discontinued line). He came in person to measure our living room, came up with a design strategy, and explained the technical aspects involved. Jim kept in regular touch with us, often calling after normal working hours. The work was scheduled and completed in short order. We are very, very pleased with the excellent job Vasyl and his hard-working crew did in laying our hardwood floor. They took great care to protect our existing floors and, after working solidly for 12 hours to finish the floor, did a meticulous job of cleaning up. The end result is a spectacular improvement to our house. The crew also moved a massive and heavy wooden shelf unit downstairs before starting work, which was very much appreciated. All in all, a very positive experience, and I strongly recommend Granite Bay Flooring & Design!

  Great company. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices were competitive; selection first rate. The installer Vasyl and his crew were amazing. Highly recommended.

  Had wood flooring and carpeting installed. Results were great. Installers were true experts in there fields. They were able to match existing wood grain and refinish old and new wood to match. Results are amazing.

  Granite Bay Flooring did an excellent job installing our new flooring. We worked with Stephen the whole way, and he kept us at ease throughout the entire process. You can trust Stephen’s word. We encountered several pitfalls along the way during our months-long search for flooring services, and he saved us from the rabbit holes you’ll endure when working with others. Specifically, big box stores. At any rate, after making our flooring choices, everything came together quickly. Jose and his crew, expertly and efficiently, installed flooring for our entire home. These installers are true professionals, and care about the finished look just as much as you do. Skip past the nonsense, and call Stephen at Granite Bay Flooring!

  Very professional! I worked with Nancy on selecting tile for my bathroom. She listened, selected a few tiles, I took them home, and saw the one that would work perfectly! She also helped me select the right shade of grout. When going over the bid, she answered all my questions and was available anytime throughout the process. The installer was on time and told me he could not install the tile because the subflooring wasn't good. I was able to see a ton of water damage done by the previous owners. I'm glad he stopped the process to ensure the subfloor was intact so no further damage would be done! Once a handyman fixed my subflooring, Sergei came out again and gave me choices on how I wanted the tile placed. I was so impressed with how straight forward everyone was and how they wanted to make sure that both the product and installation was done correctly. I'm grateful I didn't go with just anyone who would put down flooring when what is beneath had issues. My tile looks amazing! I have now gone back to work with Nancy on my carpet and hardwood selection. I told her the carpet and pattern I liked but since my staircase is curved, I know the pattern wouldn't work. She selected a sample of a similar pattern that is more forgiving with curved spaces. It was perfect! My husband and I are finalizing the color choice and I can't wait to see the finished product! I'm glad I get to work with Granite Bay Flooring and Design on another renovation!
