- BSBrenda ShatleySep 25, 20255.0Took my wooh to them this morning to be treated for his attack bite. He was attacked by 3 red nose full blooded pit bulls. They took really good care of my wooh. The staff, and Dr was really awesome. I will definitely recommend them.

When I finally got to get in a room they muzzled her for the dr to take a look at her and she is a skiddish dog and so she was hiding under the chair and the dr and the vet assistant then grabbed her leash and yanked and dragged her out from under the chair and mind u she has a choke collar on because she is a puller when she goes on walks. And I told the dr that she has a choke collar on and not to pull her like that bc he will choke and her and he snaps back and me and says that “it’s not gonna choke her to death”. It don’t matter that it’s not gonna choke her to death like obviously I know that but ur still choking her when u yanked and dragged her by her leash. And they scared her so bad that she used her stink glands, and she has never done that ever. I will not be bringing my dog back there what they did was so unnecessary. And I am extremely upset that they would do something like that when they know she is already scared of people.

The front desk experience was awesome and Dr. Ruble and her Assistant were awesome. Dr. Ruble took time to explain options for my 12 year old dog. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and helpful to both of us. A true professional. Thank you Dr. Ruble!
