- AAAlizaOct 20, 20251.0I will definitely not recommend this apartment to anybody and here is why the exit door has been broken for over a month now and no body fixed it and a lot of ants and when we go to the complex to complain about something they never show up we had a lot of tree in our front door and we complained and they said that ok we will cut in on Friday and they never showed up and it is till there with a lot of bees and ant and cockroach and we've complained about this over a month ago so definitely not recommend

I’m not sure if they changed ownership or what, but the responsiveness of the office team used to be better, the trash was picked up, I had no problem with pests, and the gates actually worked. In the last year, I can’t tell you how many times the trash is literally lining the side walk to the point you can’t make it to the trash chute 9 times out of 10. The pest control you pay for is a joke as I have had tons of spiders all over my porch, and even after pest control comes to service my apartment, there are still nests and issues. The office team is not very responsive. The phones go unanswered and the voicemails are ignored for the most part. i don’t feel secure anymore either as the gates are almost always broken, so anyone can enter the complex. I am very disappointed as I used to really enjoy it here, but I can’t say I would recommend this complex to anyone else anymore.
