  When I first got this unit I loved it I love the facility I love the gates I love the cameras and I got sick and I started getting really behind in my unit it wasn't that I couldn't pay it cuz I didn't have the ability to get in to pay it once you got late you have to do it in person I don't mind paying a late fee but adding a 15% on top of a 10% on top of it already late fee somebody who's been in the hospital more than they been out it's irresponsible unethical and immoral. Do this what I believe is seriously unethical behavior and nothing but pure unadulterated greed where I have been completely honest with the staff of this facility I will no longer continue to keep my unit here I would rather throw everything in the trash than to be strong armed out of more money when there's nothing I can do to control it you stay up on your bills and you ain't got issues like that rent from this place your stuff will stay safe it's good location but if you got issues and you got to be treated like a little bit of a human I'd recommend renting a dumpster you might have better luck. *UPDATED Pic.

  That’s so bad old lady service in her job ! I didn’t know she work for another owner or she the owner…but she forget anything’s and she very terrible behavior with the customer and she very rude . I never recommend for another customer work in here so so so bad and terrible old lady 😝😝😝 thank god didn’t work with her I walked away this morning because she so mean , after that I’m so lucky rent new storage from Ammon Idaho too the service very nice , the owner give 2 months free I’m so very happy ( the best blue storage Ammon sunyside) I think all
