  I never thought I would have to write this kind of review after being a loyal client for over 10 years. Sadly, my recent experience left me heartbroken and deeply disappointed. When my senior dog a 10 years old German Shepherd who has been under their care for a decade—suddenly had an emergency, I called immediately, desperate for help. To my shock, I was told they could not see him because they were “fully booked.” No compassion, no attempt to squeeze us in, no sense of urgency for a dog in pain. Just sorry, we can’t help you. For ten years, I trusted this clinic with my pet’s health, always paying faithfully, always following their recommendations. But when it truly mattered—when my dog needed them the most—they turned us away. Loyalty, it seems, meant nothing. It is devastating to realize that a place I once trusted so deeply would deny care in a moment of crisis. Emergencies don’t wait for appointments, and families like mine should never have to beg for compassion from those who promise to care for our pets. We deserved better. My dog deserved better.

  Had very good experience with my puppy that had UTI.. Dr.McMahon is really nice he explained and answered all my concerns and questions.. He prescribed her meds thats helped her just after one dose.. thank you !!!! Pricing is ok too.

  Very professional doctor as well as staff, my dog feel very comfortable in Their surrounding and I was impressed with the facility Parking free and accessible, as well as the facility, The facility being up-to-date equipment and supplies i’ve been to a lot of veterinarian hospitals for animals. This one stands alone in it upscale facility. I have a lot of veterinarian hospital around me. I would choose to drive the extra 40 minutes to this one from now on I would recommend it to anyone to try This service thank you Mr. and Mrs. Stokes

  Extremely unhappy and disappointed with this vet office. They made a false statement in my dogs medical chart saying he attacked the vet technician as my husband was holding him. Completely false our dog is not vicious and have NEVER attacked anyone or anything!
