  They are a nice place to shop. You get tired of the box stores. In the past I have bought a matress, living room set, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. No pressure sales:)

They really understand the needs of property managers like me, providing practical advice tailored to my specific situation. They even service appliances which is a must for most of our situations. I was looking for several appliances to outfit a few units, and they had a wide selection to choose from. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable the team was about each product. They don’t just push the most expensive options; instead, they helped me find the best balance between quality and budget Delivery was quick and efficient, which is a necessity. Everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The installation team are all professional, ensuring everything was set up properly without any hassle on my end. I always have a smooth experience, and I would definitely recommend Grand Central to anyone looking for new appliances or services.

  Everyone i had contact with was very polite and helpful. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were answered. I'm a Grand Central junkie! I buy all my appliances through you guys and I won't go anywhere else. But it was the staff that keeps me coming back. Even if I call the store they always answer any concerns I have! A+ to you all!
