Had a mix up with delivery of flowers a couple days ago. Not sure who was at fault…my son most likely, who was supposed to get the flowers at the front gate of the ranch where he was staying. Regardless, Michelle at the shop made it right and refunded my money. I appreciate the customer service!! I’ll do business with them again if the need arises.

Sorry for the bad review but people should know about the customer service here. I'm new to the area and wanted to start a monthly subscription/ delivery service. I was told that they'd be in contact. This was weeks ago. Same thing happened at the top 3 florist in Granbury. They'll reach get the same review.
