  We needed to have a lock at our business replaced on short notice, and Grah Safe & Lock exceeded our expectations with their responsiveness and professionalism. While I initially considered submitting a request through their website, I wasn’t sure how quickly I would receive a response, so I decided to call instead. The representative who answered was quick to pick up, courteous, and clearly outlined the steps and information needed to move forward. Shortly after emailing the requested details, I received a prompt response, and a technician was dispatched to our location by 1 p.m.—even earlier than originally scheduled, thanks to a courtesy call informing me of his early availability. The technician replaced the lock efficiently and provided us with five replacement keys, completing the job in what felt like just 30 minutes. The entire experience was seamless, fast, and handled with care. I highly recommend Grah Safe & Lock for any urgent security needs.

  I am so incredibly grateful to Grah Safe & Lock for donating their time and expertise today to help the San Diego Air and Space Museum open a World War I military trunk. Key long gone. It's great what we can do as Americans when we partner together to honor our American history, our military, and thanks to Grah Safe and Lock's help today, this particular U.S. serviceman. Thank you again very much for your help with this very special job as we celebrate the 4th of July holiday!
