  If you like ice cream, this place has the best - hands down. Yes - it is pricey, but you pay for what you get, especially if you've never tried it before. Everything tastes fresh, and the customer service is top of the line - right up there with Chick-fil-a. From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted, welcomed, and served with a smile. It is truly a magical experience each time I enter a Graeter's. Every single flavor I have tried is top tier for its class. Every specialty drink (like blended coffees, lemonades, etc.) are fantastic and flavorful. I wouldn't come here for the pastries, but they are still very good.

  An employee named Kevin was very rude. He did not understand my order and tried to scold me. Moreover he used derogatory words while preparing my order

  Not from the area but 9 out of 10 locals said visiting Graeter’s is a must stop and glad we did. Came during a quiet Thursday afternoon and the service was excellent . The ice cream was super creamy and the chocolate chips were soft which was a nice departure. We had chocolate chip and double dark brownie fudge.
