- RCRon Calligan3 days ago1.0I ordered a double scoop cup which is their larger option. It came out about the size of a kid's ice cream portion at DQ or some other ice cream place. Two scoops should mean two scoops. When I asked about the kid's size portion, the workers said they weigh them for accuracy. It doesn't matter if the ice cream is good. One goes to Graeter's and pays extra for the experience. The cost is higher than comparable places but when the company gives small portions and says that they are weighed to make sure they don't give too much, it comes off as being cheap.

- TKTara KellySep 26, 20255.0Genuinely the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Wish they were in Chicago. (I know they’re in northbrook and winetka, that’s not Chicago those are the burbs of Chicago/chicagoland area. We need one in the city).
