  All they employees are great and super nice! Except for Ashton, he doesn’t follow standards :(

  I came in with my girlfriend to get some ice cream. After I was served, a group of boys started badgering the workers, asking for “Ashton samples”, basically huge spoons of ice cream. The workers handled the situation extremely well, and did not escalate the situation. They gave the boys slightly larger samples, still using the sample spoons, and the kids kept complaining. When Ashton walked up to the front, they all cheered and Ashton gave them big spoonfuls of samples. This not only undermined the credibility of the workers who were doing their best and following standards, but it also enabled this group of boys to be disrespectful and disruptful. I love this location and come with my girlfriend often but this type of behavior isn’t okay.

  Average customer service. Small serving sizes. Like my ice cream was not even over my waffle cone. Will stick to the kenwood location.

  I literally just got home from eating there and knew I had to leave a review;; I was the girl wearing a nightmare before Christmas mask with a few friends+my sister, and Richard Egbert (From my awareness the owners know him or something like that) that gave the 5$ tip ^^ We went kinda late and were the only people in there besides these two that came in for takeout, I honestly have no idea how the employees looked at my friends and sister being weirdos n loud and were like "This is 100% fine." Like oh my god they were acting crazy in a fun chaotic way-- so the custom service is like 10000/10 for dealing with us. The icecream was super good!! All of us freaking loved it 11/10!! This wasn't really a problem for us but there isn't a bathroom there, so be wary I guess- I'd 100% reccomend coming here it's swagness was 100000000/10.
