  We went to go try the new Dubai chocolate milkshake which we were excited for. When we ordered, the worker sighed in response to us asking if it was available. While we were waiting, there were 2 other customers inside as well. They continued to trash talk Graeter’s saying the store was gross, the other workers were lazy, and how mad they were that someone promoted this new milkshake. We felt uncomfortable waiting and felt like they were purposely saying these things loud so we could hear. Do not know their names but it was on the night of October 6th.

  Ice cream is very good however workers are consistently rude when we go in the evening. Walk away from the counter when we go in, rolling eyes acting like i’m inconveniencing them by going in.

  I came into greaters for ice cream and no one helped me they just continued to work it took about 5 mins for someone to help me.. never will I Go back there again

  There are some rude kids working here occasionally, but I have no complaints about the product - if Aglamesis were closer to me, I doubt I'd ever go here.

  Employee scooping ice cream was coughing all over the place. No gloves, didn’t wash hands, wiping his nose with his sleeve…Then walked from behind the counter to chop it up with some customers sitting at the table.
