We were immediately greeted by Charlie and his employee, we explained to them exactly what we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in store they told us they would search for it and send us what they find. Within minutes of leaving the store we started getting emails with options. We seen one we really liked, had it ordered and when we went back to see it in person we were both taken back by how beautiful and unique the diamond was. It was even better than what we originally went in looking for. The diamond is exceptional and so is the service. We both really appreciated how personable Charlie was, he genuinely cared. So thankful they came through! I absolutely love my diamond and I can't recommend this place enough!!

How long does it take to have an item repaired?
Most general repairs can be completed within a week.
Do you ship jewelry off for repairs?
No, all your items stay in the shop for the duration of the process.
How much does it cost to have a ring sized?
Ring sizings start at $30, but the price varies depending on the type of metal, width of the band, and whether the ring needs to be smaller or larger. Please call for more info.
Do you replace watch batteries?
Yes. Most batteries can be changed while you wait. Price is $10-20 dollars, depending on the watch.
Do you do appraisals?
Yes. We do appraisals for insurance purposes and other needs. Appraisals include a thorough cleaning and inspection of the item, a written description of the item, and a replacement retail value assignment. Appraisals cost $100 for the first item and $50 for each additional item. Turnaround time is approximately one week.
Do you create custom jewelry?
Yes, it is our specialty! Custom jewelry can be made to duplicate an item, to repurpose materials you already have, or just from an idea you've imagined. If you can dream it, we can build it!
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Most custom pieces can be created in 2-4 weeks.
