We have a brand new Whirlpool washer that has been broken for the 2nd time doing the same thing and we can’t even get satisfied. All we hear is our parrot haven’t shipped. How a brand new washer is broken and we haven’t even had it for 1 year and the part is not being shipped. Whirlpool told me they can’t do nothing because Gormon haven’t notified them of the issue…..just great!
