  Store itself is fine but the woman who puts the shoes out is incredibly rude for no reason. I was looking at a pair of shoes on the end of the shelf BEFORE she got there and she yelled at me to drop the shoes and back away so she could put shoes out like I was doing something wrong. Then she unloads super slow and makes everyone wait around for her. This isnt the first time Ive seen her be rude and yell at people. Its really not that serious

  The Goodwill itself is well organized. There’s not a lot of stuff. There’s a lot of chaos. There’s a lot of rude people who will push their way around and the staff is absolutely horrendous. The girl that helped me her name was Azlri or something like that and she was absolutely awful everybody there that Work there had a frown on their face. Nobody was happy to be there. It was awful terrible experience. As long as I’m in the Charlotte area, I will never ever go back to that Goodwill!!!!

  I'm not happy about the refund policy. They have no changing rooms (why not!) so you have to take a guess at what fits. I asked about refunds, and was told that you can return items within 30 days. So, when the items didn't fit, I brought them back the next day. After a LONG wait (apparently only the store manager can do refunds), he processed them, and gave me... a Goodwill gift card. I don't want a Goodwill gift card. A refund means a refund, not a gift card that can only be used at a Goodwill. I want my money back. Also the organization could be improved. Everything is organized by color. Yes, it's easy to organize that way, but it's not useful for customers, who are almost always searching for a particular size.

  Excellent store from charlotte, good prices and clothing quality, thanks again to the most happy and smiling worker angela she helped me with my purchase

  Store is very well run!! I would like to give a shout-out to one of their employees, Angela!! She is such a hard worker and very sweet. Always has a smile on her face!!!
