  Organized by color not size, waste of time I don’t want to literally go through each rack just to find a size. Stupid way of “organization” it’s not organized

  PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! I have noticed the last few times I have been in there, they are charging extra cents on my total. Recently I noticed an extra charge when I was checking out and the cashier was so rude about having to take it off even threw the receipt at me after she corrected it. Come to find out, when you are checking out and they ask if you want to round up, even if you say no they are still applying the charge to your card. I had a friend express that the same thing happened to her so PAY ATTENTION!!!! *Reminder: They are getting everything donated, no need to charge even a cent more than that ridiculous amount they are already pricing items at. BE AWARE!!!!

  I had a truly disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. Anytime I am on my lunch break I like to go look around and shop. Employees are always rude. I donated 3 totes of items and I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. (it is very obvious) I had to move three heavy bags of chicken feed out of the way to get the totes out. The guy that came out to collect the items stood there and watched me struggle to lift and re-load them into my car—without even offering to help. Pregnant or not, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Kindness and basic human decency go a long way, especially at a place that’s supposed to support the community. I will absolutely not be returning to this location.

  I went there yesterday helping two small children with a few school things ....they stayed in the car I bought a few items for them they didn't like one of the shirts so I said I'm still here I'll take it back I get in the store she calls some man up there he tells me rudely if you return anything you have to return it all at one time and we keep the receipt and I said I don't know if they can wear it not he said you return everything or nothing and we keep the receipt..Smh so I asked him show me in the policy and he couldn't this needs to be addressed and I'm going to contact Corporate office... Worst customer service ever these people will run your customers off...
