I bring all my contributions here. Nice staff and fast drop off. If you have a useable item in good shape, bring it here and help others!

This has got to be a JOKE, right?! $5 for two pieces of glitter paper?! It's even bent out of shape. I had to ask if the price was right and she came back and said yes. 🤣😂 Get out of here with that nonsense. I won't EVER be back to this location. This place is a JOKE! Y'alls prices on DONATED items is absolutely Ridiculous. Y'all should be ashamed of this... smh. I don't need terrible response to this post. I just need others to notice, as well. If it weren't for us donating, you wouldn't have anything to sell. Ijs...

The clothes options were amazing compared to the Goodwills where I live. I don't realize that this is largely dependent on the overall socio-economic status of the area where the Goodwill is located. The store was clean as well and didn't smell bad. The only downside was no dressing rooms to try on items.

I’ve been going to this goodwill for years now and have never experienced such unprofessional. I was walking in and overheard one of the managers (glasses, big hair, big) was talking about not wanting to deal with costumers, being tired, and I’ve heard her being downright rude to people. I don’t know her name but every time I come in it is just straight disrespect from her. I have no idea how she has been there for this long and she should be let go if she’s “so tired of working”. absolutely disgusting.

I had a terrible experience at this Goodwill. On 10/4 between 5–6 PM I bought an item, and the cashier (a lady with braids/locs) was kind but did not give me a receipt even after I asked. The next day I came back because the item was damaged, and the manager Meg was extremely rude. Instead of helping, she basically accused me of lying about being there, refused to check the cameras, and even said to us, “that’s nasty work.” She also said “no black lady was working here yesterday, you’re lying”. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shocking behavior from a manager. I’ve shopped at Goodwill for years, but this experience makes me question if I’ll return to this location.
