  This goodwill is huge with lots of stuff but I HATE the color coordination! This trend had to go!!! I know it will never change because it would take too long but please listen to your customers - organizing by color and not size is a real buzzkill. It takes forever to find anything and is overwhelming. If you’re going to organize by color at least tag the hangars with color coordination or have tags hanging off the items for each identification. My boyfriend and I were over this within 5 minutes of browsing the racks. Maybe management wants people to be in the store longer but that’s about the only thing this does. Sure it looks pretty, but I never come in wanting something in a specific color. I come in to browse my size and find what I like. I likely will not come back because of this. Unfortunate.

  Idk which one of the managers thought it was a good idea to only sort by color, but I can tell not all the lights are on inside your mind. Most miserable experience ever.

  I was excited to try this Goodwill for the first time after reading pretty good reviews. I live 1 1/2 hours so I decided to take the drive today. I was super excited but after being in store for about 5 minutes I was underwhelmed. The clothes are sorted on round racks by colors and all sizes mixed together. They are also close together so pushing the cart is rather a tight squeeze. Then I noticed there were no fitting rooms which if I would have known this prior I would not have wasted the trip there. I found a few items. The home goods were so jammed packed it was nearly impossible to see anything. I was thinking that this location would be amazing but it’s probably one of the worst ones I’ve been to. The Asheboro Goodwill is 100 times better and way more stocked. They also have fitting rooms.

  This location really needs to improve their checkout. There are random lines, sometimes extending into the clothing area. They need to change their checkout like other locations, so you know when you next in line. Today, I was next in line, when a manager comes over to tell me the register is closed. He would give me no consideration in the other longer line and I only had 1 item. The checkout at this location is very frustrating and sometimes I have left items I was going to buy because of the wait.
