- PPParis Love (Dr. Photographer)Jul 22, 20251.0Well I can see why Charlotte is one of the worst in this industry. It all starts with customer service(s). I can't even get a direct answer when calling about the program and people cutting me off while im asking a question to forward to another department that wont answer the phone. We cant get any better if we don't listen! I even went up to the location in west charlotte and there is no one to be found during business hours at 1:02p.m. Disappointing experience and I haven't even gotten to try the program yet.
