There are never enough people at the register, even with multiple employees on the sales floor that see the line of costumers with full shopping carts. There is zero sense of urgency to get people through the line.

I was here yesterday and had a great experience everyone was very nice and willing to help and had a lovely attitude. Bought a coach purse and left. This morning I realized that what I thought was regular wear and tear was in fact not but instead it was dry rot all over the purse. I panicked because dry rot spreads and I didn’t want it spreading to my other purses and shoes. You guys should be careful when inspecting purses and selling them. Well I today I tried to return it because on the website it doesn’t say purses aren’t returnable and the lady at the counter was rude and not willing to help at all. Had the worst attitude and her face looked like she hated her job. I’m really disappointed because this was my favorite location and I come often. I really hope the dry rot has not spread to any of my belonging or I will be suing for not disclosing that the product I bought had dry rot.

So torn; they have the best selection, but you're gonna be waiting 15 minutes because no one has the slightest clue how to use the register. Gotta time it right because it takes each person 5 minutes to check out and they have no more than two registers going at a time lol

I went with my friend Damien and was left super unimpressed by one of the manager. Rahel’s demeanor while helping with returns in particular put me off. employees looked more stressed around her. the enviroment in general did not seem like a good place. do not recommend.

I normally enjoy shopping at Goodwill and appreciate both the affordable prices and the positive attitudes of most of the staff. However, my most recent visit was ruined by one employee in particular—Rahel. When I politely asked Rahel for assistance, I was met with an attitude that was dismissive, cold, and frankly rude. It felt like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. Her unwillingness to help, lack of basic courtesy, and unprofessional demeanor made me feel like an unwanted customer. It was a complete contrast to the other staff, who were friendly and helpful. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but I do expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and human decency—something Rahel clearly lacks when it comes to customer interaction. Her poor attitude was so off-putting, it made me not even want to continue shopping there that day. It’s a shame because the products were good and the rest of the team did their jobs well. If Goodwill wants to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment, they seriously need to address this kind of behavior. One bad employee can ruin the entire experience for customers—and today, Rahel was that employee
