  Should be a negative star. This Company came to open my.pool without prior permission or scheduling . I had another company hired since this company became inefficient and lazy. People at the Carlisle store were rude and went thru several management changes. After venting my concerns with the owner ( inherited by a good man robert Sr) Jr decided not to do business with me in the future. Junior has no clue how to run a business.....sometimes you just can't pass down a business to someone incompetent.

  Goodall re-did our pool at the beginning of the summer. We did run into a few glitches (which I was told might happen) Andrea was there every step of the way, and throughout the summer when I had questions, she always answered, even though her sale was done. I could not be happier with my new pool, but more importantly the customer service I’ve received from Andrea barker!

  Just awful. They installed a new salt cell. Never verified operation. Came back upon request and said the new cell is bad and another unit would have to be ordered. 2 days later, they say the original works. Then the tech came back out and still hasn't verified the operation of the cell. TRYING TO CALL SERVICE IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER POOL OUTFITS THAT ARE FAR BETTER QUALIFIED. WE HAVE MOVED ON AND URGE ANY POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO PLEASE CONSIDER TO THE DO THE SAME! BEWARE!!!

  We had another pool company taking care of our pool, which is an inground gunite freshwater pool. They never told us when they were coming, and would just show up in our backyard at our pool and start doing things. Needless to say, that got old quickly and I put a lock on the fence door and we stopped using them. Anyway, very quickly algae started to form all around the pool not long after we stopped using the other company. It literally became a swamp! So, my search and education began, and Goodall Pools has been excellent from the day I spoke to Louise on the phone to how quickly they fixed our problem. See before and after pictures below, Goodall did that in 2 visits! Brian came out and evaluated the pool and a week later Dylan came out and made our pool look like the second picture. And he was working in the rain! Proof is in the pictures. We are impressed!
