Josh greeted me with a smile when I walked into the Good Feet Store. After asking me a few questions and patiently listening to my cry for help with the pain in my feet that I've been experiencing for YEARS, he sat me down and thoroughly explained the process of how the inserts from this store works, and then put them into some shoes for me to try out. Josh was very positive and hopeful, as well as knowledgeable and professional. This is just the beginning for me, so along with Josh, I am very hopeful that these inserts will give me my life back. Thanks Josh for getting me started!

I was in the store on 8/29/2025. I was helped immediately by the store manager. She then explained the arch supports and walked with me as I tried the different arch support. She explained the total process very carefully and clearly. Awesome customer support

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My elderly mother was completely taken advantage of by this company. She paid nearly THREE THOUSAND dollars for a pair of so-called ‘custom inserts’ that were supposed to help with her arthritis and back pain they did absolutely NOTHING. In fact, they made her pain worse! They sold her on this ‘lifetime warranty’ and promised regular check-ins, then conveniently disappeared when the pain became unbearable and her doctor told her to stop using them. The store she bought them from closed down, and she never heard from anyone again. I recently found out there’s a store in Natick, so I went there in person and all they said was, ‘there’s nothing we can do, call corporate.’ Seriously? My mom is a senior citizen who trusted your company, and this is how you treat people? I will be telling everyone I know to stay FAR away from this business.
Frequently Asked Questions About Good Feet Store Natick
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
