I had a great experience with my lessons at GolfTec. My coach Paul was very knowledgeable. Patient and thorough. Paul was very helpful and easy to understand. He gave me drills to practice to improve my game each lesson.

I went in for a swing evaluation hoping to learn something about my swing, however, when I would try to ask questions, I could tell Amy was holding back as they you want you to buy the $1200 lessons from them. They’re technology is pretty neat but I was hoping to get something more for my $100 swing eval.

Went in for my pre-lesson visit with James Haban. Clearly very knowledgeable and did a great job of showcasing how much I can learn without making me feel like I'm terrible. Will definitely sign up for a plan soon!

I'm new to golf and decided to take some lessons before I played enough to ingrain a lot of bad habits that might be difficult for me to break later. I'm working with Mark Easley; he's very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of comparing what you're doing to pro golfers and then helping you focus on simple changes that lead to improvements. I'm already making much better contact and swinging more consistently.
Being able to review my swing mechanics on video and compare them to the pros is really helpful. The fact that I can log into the GOLFTEC website and review my lessons anytime is really what sets GOLFTEC apart for me... when reviewing the videos, I always pick up something important that I missed/wasn't focused on during the live session and can then incorporate it.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
