- JSJustin SwardOct 15, 20253.0I went for 1 lesson and it was good. Very detailed analysis and they record everything so I can replay it when I am practicing at the range. The driver fitting was not really what I expected. Just brought out 3 drivers and had me hit them and told me to go with the one that went the furthest. Was hoping to try different shaft flexibilities, grip sizes, shaft lengths, loft angles, etc. Pretty disappointed in the fitting for the price that I was charged. I am a newer golfer though so maybe they just thought I wasn't worth going through all the motions or something? Idk. Lessons seemed solid though.

I wanted to get to the point of having fun again and lowering my score. I did 10 lessons with Jerry and I got all the results and answers I wanted. Jerry fixed my swing issues and helped with with my confidence around the green. It was a great experience even got fitted for a new driver! I highly recommend

What’s best is that he was able to teach me correct fundamentals that have stuck, along with swing checkpoints I can use when I run into issues in the future. He’s a great coach and look forward to coming back for more improvement in the future.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
