- GAGregg ArmitageJul 5, 20252.0Had an intro session which is why I’m giving any stars at all. It was good. I’ve never had a lesson but between the equipment they use and the pro analysis I was able to sone corrections that have helped my consistency quite a bit. Then it gets weird. I’ve emailed the pro and called multiple times to sign up but no response. It has not been my experience being ghosted when trying to give someone my business. I hope everything is ok and I’m willing to change this rating if there’s a reasonable explanation.

It has been an incredibly fun process of making meaningful swing changes and her ability to explain both the how and why has been very helpful to me.
- JRJim RothschildApr 20, 20245.0UPDATE July 2024: I just had my Personal Best this week. It felt so good to play well with more confidence. Demond not only helped rebuild my swing, but with playing lessons, he taught me how to think and strategize on the course. It’s amazing what I was missing when I would go out and just swing away. I started working with Demond in the depth of winter with the hopes of resurrecting my game in time for Spring. What a great decision and result. After 3 months of indoor lessons and practice, we went outside this week. I still have a ways to go but am hitting the ball much, much better and enjoying playing again. In our Play Lesson, Demond did a great job showing me how to think about the game, shot by shot. No one had ever explained these things to me. Golftec and Demond have given me new hope for playing at a much improved level.
- NHNaoko HApr 4, 20225.0I am a Board member for LPGA Amateurs Triangle Chapter. Over the last several years, we have established a wonderful relationship with Golftec North Raleigh. Jessica Davis, who is a former tour player, has the best teaching style and coach personality. She also runs the Golftec North Raleigh location while she teaches a long list of students. 25 or so of the LPGA Amateurs Triangle members have taken lessons from Jessica and continues. We also have more members getting ready to sign up with Jessica after hearing GREAT praises about her and seeing the results. We can't say enough about how much Jessica has helped us, and she absolutely puts her students first. Golftec has its proven methodology and tools. Which are great. Jessica puts the personal touch by customizing the lessons to work best for each student at all levels. I can say this for certain as I've taken lessons from others as well. And Jessica just knocks it out of the park. If Jessica ever left Golftec, I'm pretty sure all of our members, myself included, will follow her wherever she ends up. We like her that much. But we like Jessica at Golftec the most because of the tools, technology and methodologies Golftec has.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
