  Neil was very professional and courteous. He described everything he was doing (the locking mechanism within the doorknob had broken into a locked position). The doorknob was replaced quickly and keyed to our current keys. I would highly recommend Neil and GoldyLocks.

  Wow, a great company, from start to finish. From giving me an estimate over the phone, and a quick appointment. Then fast service and Neil, the technician, did a thorough job and went above and beyond to get my old rusty door working with a new lock set! I highly recommend this company!

  Three appointments reviewed with overall rating of two stars. 08/13/25 - 1 STAR The reason for the one star is because I was bait and switched on the price. A day before I was quoted a price. Neil spoke with his boss and his boss quoted a price of $100 to come out and install a bolt. (Neil can confirm the conversation.) This quote included the cost of the shorter Medeco deadbolt and installation. Today, when Jonathan completed the work, Jonathan called into the office and I was charged $150. That is a 50% increase. Yet the job scope did not change. There was no additional work. I don’t understand why all of the sudden the price increased by 50%. I do want to say that Jonathan was courteous and professional. He did what was expected. The one star review doesn’t reflect Joanthan’s work, but rather the disappointment with the company, GoldyLocks. 08/12/25 - 5 STARS Thank you Neil! Neil arrived promptly for the appointment. Neil introduced himself and we went over the scope of work. Neil proceeded to uninstall a deadbolt and regular handle lock on the front door and installed my Medeco and Kwikset handle locks. Neil then proceeded to repeat the process on the back door. On the back door Neil installed the Kwikset handle lock but was unable to install the Medeco lock because the bolt was too long. The Medeco bolt needed to be shorter. Neil proactively called his boss and they came up with a solution. They advised that Medeco offers a shorter bolt and they would be able to bring it over next day and install it. Neil was personable and professional and I especially appreciated Neil’s take charge initiative and recommendation to solve the problem. 08/08/25 - 5 STARS Jonathan did a great job! Jonathan called prior to showing up advising that he was on his way. When Jonathan arrived, he introduced himself and reviewed the scope of work. Jonathan then proceeded to uninstall the old deadbolts and install new ones on both the front and back door. Jonathan was personable and professional. As he completed the work he reviewed the charges and advised that he would be sending an invoice via email. I appreciated his comments regarding the Medeco locks. Upon completion, Jonathan cleaned up the space and tested both locks to ensure the locks were working properly.
