  I was skeptical about this park going into things, given that I hadn't seen it in person before moving there, and the reviews weren't always reassuring. I couldn't have been more wrong about my worries. The park is in a nice location by the mountains and is conveniently placed between Denver and the highway that takes you into the Rockies. The park itself is nothing special, but the staff is an entirely different story. Jo, Rachel, and Patty are the ladies that run the office, and they are some of the kindest women that you will ever meet. Rachel and Jo helped me through some difficult times during my almost year stay at Golden terrace, and helped me to not feel so alone in a new place far from home. They alone are worth staying at this park, and they are very reasonable about helping out with any troubles you might run into during your stay. The maintenance men are all very kind as well and are fast to respond to your troubles. They greeted me with a smiling face during every encounter. Thank you to all the staff at Golden Terrace, and I'm grateful for all that you've done :)

  Lots of dogs and no one picks up its poop. if you want to pay $1300 a month to walk around in poop land and have five inches of space per site this is the rv park for you.

  I had given this place a 3 on my last review due to poor upkeep throughout the entire place, laundry is filthy with poorly operating machines, restrooms are horrible, poor roads, fencing is a joke but at least management was very nice and helpful. That was until a few months ago, but thru new management needs people skills, rude, rude. Stay someplace else
