My last local phone experience (different agency) was quite different. When I told my experience I think he sounded surprised. When I was finished recounting, he asked if I wanted to hire him to "untangle the mess" when I asked what he thought, if I was right or wrong, was there something I don't understand. I was told that I was neither a judge or lawyer and that was my perception. Again, asking if I wanted to hire him to untangle the mess without ever giving a price or talking about a plan. I have every confidence that Tyler, because of his understanding and communication skills along with his expert team will be able to get my job done.
