  Cody did an excellent job fixing the mess left by a previous plumber. He could have easily charged me for the repair but took care of it for free, which really speaks to his integrity and character. He explained everything clearly, offered thoughtful ideas, and gave me a fair quote for another project worth around $3,000. It’s clear he’s experienced and takes pride in his work—he treats your home like it’s his own. You might find cheaper options, but Cody just felt right. He’s a true professional, and I highly recommend him.

  Mike was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue quickly and ensured that there would be no further issues. In addition, Mike reached out to another company to confirm that there was no water damage. Beyond that, we got a great water heater installed quickly and professionally, cleaning up all the plumbing in the area! We always appreciate Gold Star Plumbing's work, and we will always call them back for any issues. In addition had Cody come check out our fridge water line and a small hiccup in the system. Thanks to Cody for the quick diagnosis and fix!

  Heard loud knocking on our wall after the sprinklers would come on and knew something was not right. Called Rochelle at Gold Star plumbing and she was able to get me an appointment the very next day, her great customer service and quick response was such a peace of mind. Jake showed up the next morning prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately, he was able to fix our plumbing issue and did such a great job, his explanation and patience of our inexperience helped put our minds at ease. We knew we had chosen the right company for the job!! I will recommend this company to every and anyone they exceeded my expectations and gave great customer service .   When you’re looking for a great plumber for quality repairs and a fair price, give Gold Star Plumbing a call! This is the second time I’ve had Corbin to my home to fix the leaks. Also change out my shut off valve ( old one worked I just wanted the newer quarter turn) He is very knowledgeable and friendly. My preferred plumber :)

  Jake was terrific. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job of explaining everything to us. We had another company before Gold Star take a look - but we felt their quote was high and they didn't really tell us what was wrong - we didn't trust them. As it turns out that company uses independent contractors who can set their own rates. Gold Star is family owned and their price was lower than the first company. Also all their plumbers are employees of Gold Star so the quality and pricing are consistent. We couldn't be happier with Jake and Gold Star and will use them again.
