    Like the gym and equipment, however Sauna NEVERS WORKS!!! When it’s “working” it not even hot. Towel service? Dont see it anywhere… Very disappointing for being one of the “top” gyms in Tampa.

    Beyond aggravated and the fact that they can’t get the sauna to ever work properly ever. When you complain to the front desk, they tell you that it’s actually the members fault, we’re breaking the sauna when it’s not. They just built a really shitty sauna- twice. It’s not worth the membership if you can’t get the benefits of the membership.
