  Probably one of the worst café experiences I’ve had a long time. The lady who helped me at the counter was very nice, but service took forever, and I was just left standing there while other customers who ordered after me got their items. I think the most disappointing was how bad the specialty latte I ordered was. I ordered a Biscoff latte, and I watched them pour milk into a glass and dump to espressos over it. Which I wouldn’t have a problem with if that was what I had ordered. However, my drink was supposed to have Biscoff and vanilla flavoring, as well as Biscoff cold foam, and The cold foam was literally just plain unsweetened cream, which is nasty, I had to throw it out. For 3 pastries and a coffee I didn’t drink, I was charged over $50, what a total scam!

  Ordered off of their website for delivery and they said they didn’t receive it when my delivery driver showed up. Issues with items, the worker sounded generally annoyed for having to package my order and was rude when telling me they were out of an item and could not refund me for it because she didn’t know how and couldn’t provide me with a different item because it would mess up their inventory.

  Walked in right when they opened. I didn’t catch the guy behind the counters name but was so kind in offering me different coffee options and walked me through the menu. Their coffee is amazing. Coffee was so good I didn’t even make it down the block before it was almost gone. Can’t wait to go back

  I had the breakfast burrito, cappucino with soy milk, and the kenafah pastry (not the regular kenafah, the pastry ver has no cheese). Everything was super tasty! Plenty of seating and there were some unique pastries that i didn't try. There's a customer bathroom too, ask for the code.

  Great space, family friendly and amazing choices of sweet treats, kunafa, chocolates and more. I loved the iced Dubai chocolate latte especially! Update: the Dubai chocolate croissant is divine! Also their kunafa is world class. Appreciate their partnership with Kareem’s Sweets to incorporate more menu options available in Chicago
