  We had a home warranty service person come out first. He didn't remove the ac top to look inside. Without going into the crawl space or checking out much, he was done with the inspection. When Hunter from Goettl came out, he was beyond thorough. He took lots of pictures and inspected every aspect of our unit. His recommendations were based on facts and what he had discovered. He was able to give us the tools we needed in order to make an informed decision. The process of installing the unit was easy and stress free.

  Chris came to fix the pipes connected to our washer and dryer, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very professional, fast, and clearly knew what he was doing. What stood out most was how kind and understanding he was — he took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair. His compassion and attention to detail really made the experience stress-free. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone needing plumbing or appliance repair.

  FIRST: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PARKER, what an amazing young man. He had to give us some very frustrating news today, that should have been told to us our last service. Even though he saw our frustration he was very understanding and thoughtful and we explained that it was not his fault. He showed me everything and what needed to be done and also should have been done our last service if not before.He helped get us a great deal even though the cost was way more than we expected today. Parker has a lot of knowledge and doesn't hide anything, or even treat me like I may not know what I'm looking at. I really appreciate everything he has done today, his hard work, and his kind heart. I will be requesting him going forward.

  William was our service technician. Just like every prior Goettl employee coming into our home, he was wonderful! William's cleaning and inspection of our water heater and assessment of all of our plumbing connections was very thorough. He gave us a list of items we should look into updating and prioritized those which could cause us issues sooner rather than later. He also informed us about all of the services Goettl can provide without being pushy. Educating us along with stressing the more urgent items we should look at first without the pushy sales tone. This is why we choose Goettl over and over, in fact, we don't call anyone else, just Goettl. My husband and I will review the list we were given and get back to Goettl when we are ready. Having just had Goettl install a 5-ton A/C unit 2 months ago was a big hit to our savings but each person who worked on that job was excellent, professional, respectful, and again today, William was just as great. Goettl takes care of us with their wonderful customer service so we continue to reach out each time we need them. Thank you!

  I like to give my honest and grateful review for Goettl AC Services. My family and I have been without AC for almost two weeks. I called for just a quote, explained the financial position we are in. This is where the grateful part comes in, phone call starting happening 1st office to tech, tech to Noah, Noah to Cody. A three-way call an a blessing. Miracles come in different forms, my came as a" little boy with a funny hat holding the flashlight for is father". Thank you Noah, Cody, Lupe, and the entire Goettl Company. I will recommend your company every time.
