I brought my Brother printer to this business for repair due to no power. He took the time to open the unit on the spot undiagnosed a power pack failure. He honestly told me the cost to repair would probably be close to the purchase of new. I decided not to have it repaired but he graciously recycled it for me. The impression I got was a genuine honest business with the desire to help solve my problem.I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I needed my HP LaserJet printer fixed asap for work and GN Services repaired what I needed in a quickly manner. This was the only place that could repair my HP LaserJet in the city of ABQ. Other places needed warranty proof and I’m out of that warranty timeline so I had no place to go and lucky to have found this gem. I appreciate this business and the workers time. Big big thank you. 🙏🏽

I brought my HP Envy 7155 here. Unsure what was causing a paper jam when there isn’t any paper found inside. The technician was quick to see me and had me set it up on the workbench. After checking a few spots, he explained to me each step and what to look for. At the end of the diagnostic, he advised me that it’s more likely the arm mechanism that grabs the paper has failed or broken. Which is why it’s thinking there’s a paper jam. He advised that because of the model and it’s older it’s hard to get those parts. More likely to look at upgrading my printer. Thanks again for explaining everything. I would recommend others to come bring your computer and accessories by for a free diagnostic check and see what your options are.
