  Issued a room and upon inspection found was very dirty. Floors not swept or mopped, toilet seat looked like had already been sat on and not cleaned between guests. Asked for another room and that room had hair in shower on toilet seat. Attended was like so it just needs to be wiped down. The walls were nasty in both rooms assuming in all rooms after this experience. Feel like my expectation of clean differs from this establishment.

  The room was nice, had a clean smell. A/C worked good. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Bathtub was not clean. There was grime on the walls and floor and hair from the previous guest. You could hear EVERYTHING the person above you was doing and they were active until 2am so I didn't get good sleep. I could hear them talking, moving things around, shutting doors, etc. There is a smoke detector that constantly flashes a bright white light. You can also hear the highway traffic. Front desk staff is very nice. The breakfast is pretty good except the sausage was gross and hard.

  The hotel was lovely, nice atmosphere. I found it odd that there was no bedside clock but that is just my preference.

  About like most hotels, they only serve 2%milk. I only drink whole milk. So I went to McDonald's and got breakfast.

  This is one of the best Best Western facilities we have been to. Sometimes we are hoodwinked and booked into a terrible Best Western. Plus doesn’t always mean Plus. Best Western Glo should be the exclusive standard of all Plus facilities. Have been very disappointed along the way.
