  Rooms are updated and clean, however, I went to the lobby for coffee after first night staying here and learned 7 cars were broken into the night before which caused anxiety for the rest of my stay. I ended up rearranging my schedule to return my rental car early as I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep here for one more night knowing I had a car in the parking lot.

  My Mom and I arrived back at this hotel around midnight after attending a family wedding reception, and we were alarmed to find an unmarked security guard at the entrance carrying an AR-style rifle. This person carried the gun in hand down by his side and also had another pistol in his waist band. Man walked into the first set of sliding glass doors but was stopped at the second entrance because he did not have a key card. There were no visible markings, vehicle, or identification to indicate he was affiliated with this hotel or security. We immediately notified our Uber driver and he was very understanding and took us to a safe area until police were called. We were the second call to report this situation, and were told to stay away from the area. We also called the hotel to ask what was going on and the front desk employee said he was "skeptical" and was not sure who was trying to enter the building. Completely unaware of who he was or why he was there. This was incredibly unsettling, especially that late at night. For a hotel, this is a serious security issue and completely unacceptable. Guests should never have to question their safety or the credibility of someone armed and stationed outside of the property. The following morning we spoke to the manager who was very understanding of our concerns. We checked out of this hotel and moved our stay to a much safer side of town. What should have been a fun, relaxing trip quickly turned into a very scary experience.

  Very clean and modern design. Room was very clean, spacious the Restroom was beautiful and very clean 🛁 Big open lobby with plenty of chargers 🔌 Morning breakfast 🥞☕️was provided in main lobby. I will definitely recommend 💯 Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere.🦋

  DO NOT stay here until they hire night time security/patrol. During my stay, 10/12/2025, over 20 vehicles were broken into in the parking lot. This apparently has also occurred on multiple other occasions. Throughout my stay, I also heard constant banging and footsteps from the unit above, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the stay wasn’t entirely bad, but these two major concerns — safety and noise — make it very unlikely that I’d return or recommend this property to others.

  If safety and security is your thing… DON’T stay here!!! This weekend approx. 8-10 cars go broken into on one night! Reading other reviews this is a common thing here and someone has even mentioned that the CCTV is fake and doesn’t work. There was no attempt to contact the owners even though they take the reg number when checking in which made a lot of guests angry. This was reported in the early hours of the morning and the manager didn’t turn up until 1000-1030 that morning and when they did, they hid in the office instead of meeting everyone coming down to find their car broken into and leaving the poor girl on reception to deal with it all! Shocking behaviour by a manager. Broken glass was just left right across the car park even though the police had been and gone. There are also a lot of undesirable people hanging around on the roads next to the entrance of the hotel and there is a dodgy hotel next door which the Lyft driver was even scared of driving near. The management of this hotel need to start taking security more seriously and actually protecting its guests. They’ll probably write a standard response which is across all their reviews but what happened that night is never acceptable especially when so many vehicles were targeted right in front of the hotel and reception area.
