  We stopped over night on the way to Gatlinburg since it was highly rated. Had lots of restaurants & shopping locations close by & it was right off the highway too. The room was clean & comfortable & the front desk staff was helpful with every request.

  Looks can be deceiving, the bright colors are only a distraction. Looked nice, but that's it. Needles in the parking lot. Desk clerks were less than friendly, beds were AWFUL, pillows were AWFUL. Bed didn't have a real comforter just 2 sheets and a fuzzy blanket in between that was COVERED in someone else's hair. Bathroom door kept opening (barn door style) and shower door kept opening. Doors slammed ALL night long and light comes under the door. The brightest clock directly by the bed that cannot be moved and will blast bright blue light directly into your face. Breakfast smelled unappealing to say the least. We aren't even hard to please people and found nothing good here.

  Nice hotel for the money. Modern and clean rooms. Nothing fancy, but a nice place to get since rest at a reasonable price. Parking lot is a bit cramped, location is convenient. Weird, extra low hanging lamps on bed stand.
