The hotel also provided a playpen crib for our 2-year-old, which was such a big help. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast downstairs was a hit — my kids especially loved making their own waffles! There was a mini fridge in our room as well and a tv which is always great with kids. The entire place was clean, and I really appreciated how bright and well-lit our room was (something many hotels tend to lack). Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Staff and great and helpful too! Its a great location, close to ottawa downtown! My husband loved the gym facility as well. Will be staying there next time, when driving east!
