  The staff were very kind and helpful. We really loved our stay. Definitely would come again and suggest it. Very clean food areas, and Rene did our table. Lastly, I was so happy to see gluten free option.

  The most friendly employees at a hotel that we've had in a long time. They made us feel welcome and right at home. Really nice indoor pool and a great workout room. The breakfast includes waffles with toppings, pancakes, eggs and sausage, oatmeal with several nuts and toppings, bananas, oranges, apples. Hot coffee and hot tea, orange juice. Bagels croissant egg sandwiches. The large dining room was nicely decorated for Halloween. The Enid Brewery was across the street and the Settlers Brewery was about 3 blocks away. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at night. Light sleepers though may be bothered by the loud trains at night and the two smoke detectors that have lights flashing every few minutes. The convention and event venues are right next door so check the event calendar if you want peace and quiet. 👍

  Excellent customer service, very friendly, really clean rooms. Full size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the low step shower. Microwave and mini fridge in room along with single cup coffee maker, iron, and big fluffy pillows and comfy mattress.

  The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip, we were attending a concert in the venue that is right behind the hotel. So we were able to walk there. Our king size bed room, was decently clean. There were some kind of food smudges on the desk in the room. The bathroom in our room was huge, the rubber mat for the shower had some hairs on it when we placed it in the shower. The bed was comfortable, pretty firm. The only issues that we had that were not great was about 4am till after 5:30am, there was a LOUD knocking noise going off every couple of minutes. This woke us up and prevented us from falling back to sleep. Also what ever device that is hanging on the ceiling of the closet area right behind the room door, was flashing brightly like from the flash of a camera! It kinda freaked me out, thinking it was a camera in the room. So between the loud knocking and the bright flashing the night wasn’t that restful. The tv remote didn’t work either, but we were so tired we didn’t contact the front desk. I would stay at this hotel again, the staff were all friendly, and the location was great in this cute little town. Side note we didn’t eat the free breakfast, but I made a hot chocolate with the packets have available on the breakfast bar. It was really good!
