  Rating: ⭐️ 1 out of 5 I am giving this hotel a one-star rating due to an unresolved issue regarding a $15 charge for a towel. During my stay, cranberry juice served at breakfast accidentally spilled on the room floor. I used a towel to clean it up to prevent the floor from becoming sticky or slippery for housekeeping. I contacted the manager, Terri J. who sent me a photo of the towel and stated she would follow up after reviewing the situation. It has been three days, and I have not received a call back or resolution. Unfortunately, I was still charged for the towel despite my explanation. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service in handling this matter.

  I stayed at this hotel with my church group during a church conference event. I had paid in advance for my room. When I got up to my room there was a nasty odor of what I thought was chemicals of some kind but not cleaner. Thr floor was greasy and oily. By the AC there was some type of liquid on the floor. My roommate called the front desk and the man came and mopped uo whatever was on the floor and he told us the smell was airfreshner. I asked for another room amd was told another one was not available. Once he left I noticed more oily spots around the bottoms of the beds which led me to believe the chemical smell we smelled was bug spray. It was even in the chair that was in the room. The shower was so slippery that my roommate was afraid to shower because she was handicap and afraid she would fall. Because the floor was so greasy and nasty I fell when I tried to change the temperature on the thermostat on the wall. We were in room 208. Plus the whole hallway, lobby and elevators smelled like weed. Our friends upstairs on the 4th floor didnt have any of these issues in their room. We went to their room and hung out. It was a horrible experience and I will not be back.

  Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Great WiFi. Very reasonably priced.

  I like the way the room was made, walk through bathroom on both sides. It all fit together pretty good. Bed was soft and located by alot of restaurants and groceries stores. The breakfast was OK and the hotel was clean with no smells, a decent place to lay up for a night 😉 4.0

  Ashley was amazing from the get go. Got us checked in and made us feel at home. Bunty and Jade at the front took over for the night and didnt miss a beat. They are awesome! Terri is top tier. She always put the guest first and was phenomenal! Great experience thanks to the team they have!
