    Although they needed to run my car through the car wash twice (I really did not mind), Mr. Brandon made up for it by offering to shine my tires. What a kind, pleasant, personable, hardworking guy! His giving spirit made my day!! Thank you, Mr. Brandon, I appreciate you!

    I WAS a customer & noticed after going thru the washer my trucks wheels.around the bottom of my trucks & the back were barely even touched or not washed at all..equipment to clean out the vehicle was always broken.So after 1 last effort I went to wash my truck one day over a year ago & was told my account had expired & I would need to go inside to resign up..Well I never resigned up & no longer used their services anymore..Then after more than a year had past..I was checking my elderly mothers bank account & found out they were still billing her card monthly for $25-30 that had increased to $39.99 & someone had opened & closed the account under my/her name reestablishing a new account,although they said my account had expired & I never authorized nor signed up for further service.. I was even told some of the billing for service were supposably due to I washed my trucks at 3-4am which NEVER HAPPENED.Now it's been almost a month ago that I spoke to someone about the discrepancies & continued billings with increase in cost to my mother's card & have yet to get any type of response nor REFUND..Noone has even attempted to call.text or email either mom nor I about the expired account that was reestablished & continued billing by one of their employees to my understanding who may no longer be there.I was offered a month of car washing..But it has been over a year that Glide Express has been billing my mother card every month including the increase in fees when I was told the account had expired & I never signed up for continued service & have'nt been using the services in over a year..So a month of car washing does not suffice charging $25 for 7mo then $39.99 for the last year & we never used the service..So if I could I would give GLIDE EXPRESS A BIG Ø My pricing may not be accurate especially the increase but we were paying about $25 & it did increase to around $35-39 in 2024 of Sept

    Frequently get harassed by employees, after confirming with employee I have a membership. They continue to threaten to run my license plates to confirm my membership as if I’m lying this happens every time I come to this particular location. Very rude and unfair not sure if it is happening to every customer or just me.
