  Glen and his team are absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! If you want the BEST call them. They did every window in our home and we continue to refer them to friends and neighbors.

  I needed a large piece of wood planed. They confirmed they have a very large planer that will handle my project. I brought over the wood and spoke to the owner(didn't note his name). I went over the project with him: 1) plane the wood and 2) just lightly trim the edges. Reviewed measurements of the wood with him - this would *not* be a perfect rectangle due to the application(hallway seating nook). One edge longer than the other. As the guy goes to take the wood away for the project, something in my gut just told me to RE-review with him the detail that this would N-O-T be a perfect rectangle. "Yeah, I get it, we'll take care of it". Throws wood on shoulder, walks away. Two days later(my thing was maybe a 30 min job), I got confirmation my project was done. Pickup: the wood looked great - perfectly planed, but also perfectly rectangular - NOT what I wanted. I mentioned this to the secretary: "Oh, I don't know anything about that - I can get him on the phone for you". Ok. Spoke to owner: "You never said anything about that to me". Uh, yes, I did - *twice*. Annoying to have him directly lie to me like that. Offered to glue the missing piece back onto the wood. No thanks. You lost my confidence, bro - what's the next mess-up, you know? I made the stupid wood work in the sitting nook but am very detail-oriented and this guy's screw up left that "splinter on my brain"(not a woodworking pun!) for the project. Something from the way the secretary responded to this told me that my situation occurred regularly - the little details of a project getting "lost" due to less than ideal attention. That's it. Glad I don't have to deal with this dude again.
